Refund policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 3 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds & Returns
Discernible Fashion LLC does not accept returns or offer refunds on our merchandise due to the personal nature of our products. We do offer exchanges and store credit for damaged delivered goods.
If you did not receive your item or it was damaged upon delivery we can offer to you an exchange or credit for the value of the original item that you purchased. All damaged received goods must be documented with a photo image of the product and you must email us before we agree to accept your exchange or credit within 3 days of accepted delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@discerniblefashion.com and we will work to resolve any issue that you may have. Your satisfaction is of the upmost importance to us, however, due to the personal nature of our products we do not accept returns.
